Program Management I – III
Essential Duties: Responsible for management, performance and completion of moderate to highly complex programs with multiple workstreams. Collects and evaluates data for monitoring development and life-cycle requirements of various programs and systems. Creates program cost estimates to support program cost/schedule/technique audits or to generate budget submissions. Establishes and maintains relationships with the customer leadership team and staff obtaining a solid understanding of the business model and key business drivers resulting in projects. Gathers and organizes data to create business case or cost-benefit-analysis documents. Oversees the development of design concepts and test criteria. Reviews project and program schedules and plans and reports on alternative courses of action and potential impacts. Directs, prepares and coordinates proposal preparation, management plans, budgets and schedules. Manage progam resources spanning multiple departments and disciplines. Maintains contact with customer to ensure conformance to customer requirements. Demonstrates the ability to act as an effective leader providing direction to a project team as well as managing expectations of the customers.
Qualifications:
Program Manager I Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years experience
Program Manager II Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years experience
Program Manager III Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years experience
