Applications Specialist I - III

Essential Duties:  Perform product implementation through careful project planning and installation leadership provided throughout all phases.  Ensure post installation satisfaction through direct customer queries, refining configuration changes, customizations, and training.  Develop area business plans, sales targets, feedback of industry trends to Marketing, and high-level technical assistance to Field Service.  Develop creative tools that increase sales, improve product quality, increase productivity, and support achievement of assigned objectives.  Demonstrate advanced leadership and employee development skills while working with other team members.  Develop and maintain effective knowledge of competitive products, strategies, and organizations.  Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts to remain current with customer growth, new functionality requests, support, and on‑going issues including installations, upgrades, and persistent problems.  Assist in the planning and design of endoscopy room layouts with respect to power and HVAC requirements for LAN's, WAN's, Gateways, video matrices, and special projects as directed.

Qualifications:

Applications Specialist I Bachelor’s Degree
Applications Specialist II Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years experience
Applications Specialist III Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years experience
